1. はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、sf6_combo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. サービスの内容

本アプリは、ストリートファイター6のコンボ情報を閲覧・共有するためのサービスです。

3. アカウント

• ユーザーは、正確な情報を提供してアカウントを登録する必要があります。
• アカウントの管理はユーザーの責任であり、第三者への貸与・譲渡はできません。
• アカウント情報の不正利用により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 虚偽の情報を登録・投稿する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 不正アクセスまたはそれを試みる行為
• 本アプリのデータを無断で収集・複製する行為
• その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

5. 投稿コンテンツ

• ユーザーが投稿したコンボ情報等のコンテンツに関する責任は、投稿したユーザーに帰属します。
• 当方は、投稿コンテンツを本アプリのサービス提供のために利用できるものとします。
• 当方は、禁止事項に該当すると判断した投稿コンテンツを、事前の通知なく削除できるものとします。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ストリートファイター6に関する権利は、株式会社カプコンに帰属します。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、内容の正確性、完全性、有用性について保証するものではありません。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
• 本アプリの提供の中断、停止、終了により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

8. サービスの変更・停止

当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・停止・終了することができるものとします。

9. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとします。

5. User-Generated Content

• Users are responsible for any content they post, including combo information.

• We may delete any posted content that we determine violates the prohibited activities without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful owners. Rights related to Street Fighter 6 belong to Capcom Co., Ltd.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of its content.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the App.

8. Changes and Suspension of Service

We may change the content of the App or interrupt, suspend, or terminate its provision without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
